So i've been working at my old school for about 3 months now. At first I thought I was going to commit genocide but believe it or not, lil' kiddies aren't snot/mudd covered wastes of space after all. They can be quite charming if they should choose to be. I have completely changed my outlook on kiddies now that I understand them better. (surprising cuz I'm a kid, or so I'm told) The one big thing that hit me today was the innocent light in which the kiddies depict life and everything in it. They're so naive and unaware of all the bad the world has to offer and I'm jealous because they don't have the slightest worry in the world, other than doing their 20min of homework that is. Their depiction is not only reflected in their actions and character but in everything they create. If they write a story or draw a picture it's always a happy one in which everyone lives happily ever after, but the biggest part of it is that they don't even know what they have. They aren't pressured by wanting to be in the right social groups, they don't have to worry if their bags are in style (the bags are usually Barbie or spider man anyways) they don't worry about having someone to play with at lunch cuz there is what seems to be a million of them, they don't worry about their work looking amazing cuz if they screw up it's ok and the teacher will fix it. They don't worry about being judged for their beliefs or being looked down upon because they stand up for something. They have absolutely nobody to impress except their parents who think they are great no matter what they do anyways.

Basically what Im trying to say is that we've all lost our naive depiction of the world and that we should every once in a while look through a child's eyes because they do actually see more that candy and the next game of tag. I think that it is a vital part of being a kid and without it, childhood just wouldn't be the same. In the end I envy the kids but stand in awe of how seemingly immaculate the world is through their eyes.
